P3 already producing HBM3e. ~100 km from North Korean border — within range of DPRK SRBMs/MRBMs. Rapid equipment procurement ongoing for 50% HBM capacity increase. Won OpenAI as anchor customer (March 2026) with 50%+ of capacity reportedly allocated.
