Samsung SDI's Tianjin, China manufacturing facility produces LCO pouch cells for smartphone and consumer electronics applications. Tianjin is Samsung SDI's primary Chinese manufacturing base for consumer cell formats. The facility supplies Samsung Galaxy smartphone batteries and contributes to Samsung SDI's Apple co-supply arrangement.
