Major ¥200B+ expansion underway; new building operational H2 2026 (will be TOK's largest plant). Suspended after April 20, 2026 magnitude 7.7 earthquake; 4-8 week resumption estimate. Combined with Shin-Etsu Shirakawa, Fukushima region disruptions represent ~25% of global advanced photoresist capacity at risk from a single seismic event.
