Top Glove Shah Alam Main Manufacturing Complex
Top Glove's primary manufacturing complex anchored in Shah Alam, Selangor, comprising multiple contiguous factory buildings housing automated dipping lines for nitrile and latex gloves. The Shah Alam complex is the administrative and production headquarters for Top Glove's Malaysia operations. Total Top Glove Malaysia factory count: ~40 factories (of 47 total group factories) as of FY2023. Annual capacity across all Malaysia factories: approximately 65-70 billion gloves per year combined nitrile and latex. Shah Alam is home to Top Glove's R&D center and quality control laboratories. Migrant worker dormitories that were subject to US CBP forced labor findings in 2020 were located near Shah Alam facilities; dormitory upgrade program completed 2021.
