TRUMPF CO₂ Laser Plant (Ditzingen)

TRUMPF headquarters and primary laser manufacturing in Ditzingen, Baden-Württemberg; produces the high-power CO₂ laser amplifier for ASML's EUV LPP light source (1,000+ watts output; 50,000 pulses/second). 2024 ASML Supplier Award for Technology. New high-energy EUV laser first tested 2025; series production 2026. 50% power increase by 2030 roadmap.
