TSMC Fab 22 (Kaohsiung) — N2 Volume Production

TSMC Fab 22, Kaohsiung Science Park — entered N2 (2nm GAA, gate-all-around) volume production Q4 2025, the world's first 2nm logic node in volume production. Capacity trajectory: 40K → 100K → 200K wspm (2025–2027). All 2026 N2 capacity is completely pre-sold at ~50% premium over N3.
