Primary RTG/STS crane factory. 1 million m² site; 3.5km coastline. Capacity: ~300 RTGs/year + 160 STS cranes/year + 200,000 MT steel bridges. Completed 2001. Expansion planned to 4 million m². Estimated to represent 35-40% of global RTG production capacity (needs_corroboration).
