Laws that cover both Regular and Reserve forces must be applied fairly. There must be no unequal treatment among Regular members, among Reserve members, or between Regular and Reserve members.

Armed Forces — Source: USLM XML via OLRC

Laws applying to both Regulars and Reserves shall be administered without discrimination—
(1)among Regulars;
(2)among Reserves; and
(3)between Regulars and Reserves.
