The Secretary must tell the right members of Congress when a service member pulled out of a combat area is admitted to any military hospital. The service member must give permission before notice goes out. If they cannot, next of kin may give permission. "Right members of Congress" means the state's Senators and the House Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner for the member's home district or another location the member names.
