When the Department of Defense sends its budget justification papers to Congress with the President’s budget under section 1105(a) of title 31 for fiscal year 2021 and every year after, the Secretary of Defense must not put money from the Military Intelligence Program and money from other sources into the same program element. Definitions: "budget" — meaning given in section 231(f) of this title. "defense budget materials" — meaning given in section 231(f) of this title.
