Decides who controls the Government’s rights in designs for vessels, boats, craft, and their parts. If the design was obtained by a contract, the rules in subchapter I of chapter 275 of this title apply. If the design was obtained under another kind of agreement (not a contract) that is not covered by that subchapter, the terms of that agreement control. Only a statute that expressly refers to this section can change or replace these rules.
