Makes it a crime for anyone covered by this chapter to do any of three things: knowingly get into a government computer without permission and take classified information, believe that info could hurt the United States or help a foreign country, and then intentionally give it to someone not allowed to have it; intentionally access a government computer without permission and take classified or other protected information; or knowingly send a program, code, or command that intentionally causes unauthorized damage to a government computer. computer — means what 18 U.S.C. 1030 says. Government computer — a computer owned or run by the United States Government. damage — means what 18 U.S.C. 1030 says.
