A U.S. case under another chapter can start after a foreign main proceeding is recognized only if the debtor has assets in the United States. Any U.S. action is limited to the debtor’s U.S. assets and, to coordinate with the foreign proceeding, to other U.S.-reachable assets that are not under the foreign proceeding’s control.
