Transfer all property used by the Office of Thrift Supervision to carry out the work being moved to other agencies. Property must be moved within 90 days after the transfer date to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency or to the Corporation if those agencies are getting the functions. Records and similar files used for functions moved to the Board of Governors must go to the Board of Governors. Any contracts or leases tied to transferred property move with that property. Identified property must not be changed, destroyed, or deleted before it is transferred. Property — means real and personal items, like buildings or leases, computers, furniture, equipment, books, records, reports, files, work papers, correspondence, and other materials.
