Title 15 › Chapter 41— CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION › Subchapter V— DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES › § 1692m
The Bureau must report to Congress within one year after this subchapter takes effect and then every year. Each report must describe its work, offer recommendations, assess how well people are following the rules, and summarize enforcement actions under section 1692l. The Bureau may ask other agencies that enforce under 1692l for their views.
