Title 15 › Chapter 47— CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY › § 2071
Federal district courts can order people to stop certain product-related actions. They can stop anyone who breaks section 2068; who makes, offers for sale, sells in commerce, or imports a product that violates an order under section 2064(d); or who distributes a product that does not meet a consumer product safety rule. It covers any consumer product that either fails a safety rule or whose making, sale, distribution, or import is banned by an order under section 2064(d).
