§2628 Authorization of Appropriations

Summary
Gives the Administrator permission to get $58,646,000 for fiscal year 1982 and $62,000,000 for fiscal year 1983 to run the chapter, except for sections 2626 and 2627 and the parts of section 2609 labeled (a) and (c) through (g). None of this money can be used to build any research laboratories.

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator for purposes of carrying out this chapter (other than section 2626 and 2627 of this title and subsections (a) and (c) through (g) of section 2609 of this title) $58,646,000 for the fiscal year 1982 and $62,000,000 for the fiscal year 1983. No part of the funds appropriated under this section may be used to construct any research laboratories.
