Title 15 › Chapter 14A— AID TO SMALL BUSINESS › § 634g
The President’s budget must include a separate line in the federal General Fund that shows how much money is requested for the Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy. The head of the SBA must give the Office of Advocacy suitable office space at headquarters and in field offices, and provide needed equipment, operating money, communications, and upkeep. Congress may appropriate whatever sums are needed to carry out sections 634a to 634g. Any money appropriated under this rule will remain available without a fiscal year limit until it is spent.
