Title 15 › Chapter 14A— AID TO SMALL BUSINESS › § 657i
Make the Small Business Administration's disaster aid programs work with FEMA's disaster aid programs as much as possible. The head of the SBA must work with FEMA's head to make rules so each disaster aid application is sent quickly to the SBA or to the right agency for the situation. The first rules must be finished within 270 days after the Small Business Disaster Response and Loan Improvements Act of 2008 became law. After that, the rules must be updated every year. The SBA must report on these rules whenever it files the report required by section 657o.
