Title 15 › Chapter 93— INSURANCE › Subchapter III— NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REGISTERED AGENTS AND BROKERS › § 6752
Creates a way for states to use the same rules for licensing, continuing education, and other qualifications of insurance producers across multiple states. It keeps each State’s existing laws and powers over five things: (1) rules for producers who are not Association members; (2) appointment rules for resident and nonresident producers; (3) oversight and discipline of resident and nonresident producers; (4) licensing fees for resident and nonresident producers so States do not lose licensing revenue; and (5) rules that govern the conduct of resident and nonresident producers.
