The Secretary must send a report to the listed House and Senate committees by May 1, 2021. The report must cover the financial aid given to passenger air carriers and their contractors, including a description of the aid, any audits, reports filed, cases of not following the rules or agreements, and any clawbacks of money. The Treasury website must be updated at least weekly to show new or changed payments, who received or applied for aid, and the dates of application. The Secretary must update and resubmit the report by the last day of the 1-year period following December 27, 2020. Information may be withheld only under section 552 of title 5.
