The National Park Service must protect and improve the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace park or reservation. It can repair and add roads, paths, and buildings; plant trees and shrubs; build fences, parking, drainage, culverts, and bridges; and make other fixes needed to stop decay, beautify the site, and keep the log cabin and memorial hall ready for public use.
