The Secretary of the Interior can change the park borders along U.S. Highways 10 and 85 when those roads are moved. He may add up to 500 acres and may remove up to 2,000 acres by these changes. The boundary changes take effect when they are published in the Federal Register. Any federal land removed under the related parts of this law must be given to the Secretary of Agriculture to manage or dispose of under Title III of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act (7 U.S.C. 1010 et seq.).
