§346a–1 Addition of Lands

Summary

Zion National Park’s boundary is changed to add specific parcels of land in several nearby townships and ranges. In Salt Lake Meridian, Township 39 South, Range 10 West: parts of Section 30 (portions of Lots 1–7 south of Kolob Creek and Lots 8–32) and Section 31 (Lots 1, 2, 3, 15–18, 31 and 32). In Township 41 South, Range 10 West: parts of Section 28 (NE quarter, part of NW quarter east of the North Fork of the Virgin River, and Lot 9 of the O. D. Gifford survey, ownership shown on page 247 of deed book U12, Washington County, Utah), Section 29 (west half), Section 31, and parts of Section 32 (NE¼ NW¼ and W½ NW¼). In Township 39 South, Range 11 West: Section 13 (SE¼ SE¼) and Section 32 (N half and SE¼). In Township 40 South, Range 11 West: Section 5 (Lots 1 and 2 and S½ NE¼). In Township 38 South, Range 12 West: Section 29 (parts of Lot 2 and the SW quarter that lie east of the easterly right‑of‑way line of U.S. Highway 91, project I–01–1(1)); that right‑of‑way line is 150 feet from and parallel to the highway centerline as built.
