The United States accepts Arkansas’s conditional transfer of full control over a part of Hot Springs National Park called the public campground. The area is described by specific boundary points and distances and lies in Garland County, Arkansas. That tract was made part of the park by an act of the Arkansas Legislature approved March 27, 1925. The rules in section 376 of this title that apply to the Hot Springs Mountain Reservation now also apply to this campground land.
