Interior Secretary must notify North Carolina and Tennessee governors in writing that the United States assumes police jurisdiction over Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If further cessions of jurisdiction over lands now or later in the park are accepted, sections 2 to 9 inclusive apply to those lands.
