Any guns, traps, nets, seines, fishing gear, teams, horses, or vehicles used inside the park to illegally kill or catch wild birds, fish, or animals can be seized by park officers and held while the person is charged. If the person is found guilty, the government will take that property as an extra penalty on top of any other punishment. The Secretary of the Interior will handle and account for any taken property. Whether to take teams, horses, or other transportation is up to the court.
