§410ccc–4 General Management Plan

Summary

Within 3 years after funds become available, and after talking with the Cane River Heritage Area Commission, the National Park Service must make a general management plan for the historical park. The plan must show how visitors will use the park, including programs, facilities, and the location and cost of an interpretive center; list programs and management actions the Park Service will carry out with the Commission, including preservation work for important sites, structures, objects, and research materials and plans for educational media, road signs, and brochures coordinated under section 410ccc–23; and include preservation and use plans for any sites and structures the Park Service will help manage under cooperative agreements.
