Secretary of the Interior may buy, trade for, or accept donated land near Fort Necessity to preserve the battlefield, and may acquire up to 25 acres at Braddock Monument. Total land acquired may not exceed 500 acres, though entire private parcels may be bought to avoid splitting them.
