The Secretary can keep and run a museum at Harpers Ferry, using a building bought under section 450bb or one built for that purpose, and accept relics and records for display on behalf of the United States. The Secretary can build roads and visitor facilities and mark points of interest in Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. The Secretary can also provide or contract an educational shuttle service within and among lands acquired under sections 450bb to 450bb–2, subject to the Act of June 7, 1974, when he decides it will best serve those purposes.
