§450y–5 Revision of Boundaries

Summary

Revises the Coronado National Memorial boundary by adding some lands and removing others. It adds lots 2 and 7 and a portion of Homestead Entry Survey 310 in section 18, township 24 south, range 21 east, Gila and Salt River base and meridian. That added portion starts at the southwest corner (corner number 1) of Homestead Entry Survey 310 and follows a series of straight lines and curved segments marked by iron pipes with brass caps and a rock cairn placed by the Bureau of Land Management in 1955 and by National Park Service brass caps; the official description gives the exact bearings and distances. It also adds lots 5 and 6 in section 20, township 24 south, range 21 east, Gila and Salt River base and meridian, removing them from the Coronado National Forest. Finally, it removes from the Memorial and puts into the Coronado National Forest the north half of the SW¼ NW¼ of section 13 and the north half of the SE¼ NE¼ of section 14, all in township 24 south, range 20 east, Gila and Salt River base and meridian.
