Title 16 › CHAPTER 1 — NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › SUBCHAPTER LXIX — OUTDOOR RECREATION PROGRAMS › Part C — Water Resources Projects › § 460l–21
Defines key words used in this part. Project means the whole project or a sensible part of it. Separable costs are the extra capital cost caused by one specific purpose, found by subtracting the capital cost of the project without that purpose from the capital cost of the whole multi‑purpose project. Joint costs are the remaining capital cost after you remove all separable costs. Feasibility report is any report Congress requires when deciding whether to authorize the project. Capital cost includes interest that builds up while the project is being built, when that applies.
