The Secretary must, as soon as possible after October 30, 2000, prepare and send Congress maps and written descriptions for six areas: the Cooperative Management and Protection Area; the Wilderness Area; the wild and scenic river segments and redband trout reserve; the mineral withdrawal area; the wildlands juniper management area; and the land exchanges required by part F. Those maps and descriptions will have the same legal effect as if included in the law, but the Secretary may fix clerical or typographical mistakes. Copies must be kept on file and open for the public at the Bureau of Land Management Director’s office and the BLM office in Oregon.
