The Commodity Credit Corporation must give the Secretary of the Interior wheat, corn, or other grain it got from price-support programs when the Secretary asks under section 667f–1. The grain must be either certified by the CCC for use under sections 667f to 667f–3 or be spoiled or deteriorated so it is not fit for people. The CCC may pay packing, shipping, handling, and other charges until the grain is delivered to one or more designated locations in each State.
