§678b Redefinition of Western Boundary of Norbeck Wildlife Preserve

Summary

The western edge of the Norbeck Wildlife Preserve north of Custer State Park is changed to follow set lines tied to a section corner and two roads. It starts at the east quarter corner of section 7, township 2 south, range 5 east, Black Hills meridian, then goes south along that section line to meet a line 300 feet north of Horse Thief Lake Road. From there it runs southwest along a line 300 feet northwest of the road’s centerline, roughly parallel to the road, to where Horse Thief Lake Road meets United States Highway 85A. Finally it goes south along a line 300 feet west of US Highway 85A, roughly parallel to that highway, until it reaches the preserve’s current south boundary in section 3 south, range 4 east, Black Hills meridian.
