Each fiscal year the Fund may award grants under sections 7505(b) and 7505(c). Up to 2% of deposits may be used for administration, split by agreement. After notice and a hearing, the Administrator may recover federal payments if the Foundation spends funds contrary to section 7504 or fails to follow rules under section 7505(a)(1).
