When the Secretary of the Interior asks, the Secretary of the Army must send troops to Sequoia, Yosemite, and General Grant National Parks in California. The troops must stop and remove anyone who enters to kill wildlife, destroy rare natural objects, or do any other forbidden acts in the parks.
