The Secretary of the Interior can add property to Colonial National Historical Park by buying, accepting as a gift, or otherwise getting land, land rights, easements, and buildings at Glass House Point in James City County; at "The Hook," including the site of the October 3, 1781 action in Gloucester County; and other nearby lands needed to finish park boundaries and for park management. Except for parkways, the total amount of land added must not exceed 750 acres, and the purchases or improvements must be paid for with funds appropriated under section 81f.
