Title 16 › Chapter 12— FEDERAL REGULATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF POWER › Subchapter IV— STATE AND MUNICIPAL WATER CONSERVATION FACILITIES › § 828b
Federal rules about taking over a project after a license ends, keeping certain records, and filing original-cost statements do not apply to projects owned by a state or local government.
