Title 16 › Chapter 16— TUNA CONVENTIONS › § 961
Money may be taken from the Treasury, as needed and from funds not already set aside, to carry out each convention and this chapter. It can pay the U.S. share of commission costs and the expenses of U.S. commissioners and their staff (including personal services in Washington, D.C., and elsewhere), travel, printing, contracted stenographic and other services, and buying, renting, operating, maintaining, and repairing aircraft, vehicles (including passenger vehicles), boats, and research vessels.
