It's a crime to lie to or trick any person or group about farm loan bonds or coupons from Federal land banks, or about debentures, coupons, or other obligations from Federal intermediate credit banks, or to pretend a bond or coupon is something different than it says. A person who does this can be fined under this title, jailed for up to one year, or both.
