Title 18 › Part I— CRIMES › Chapter 61— LOTTERIES › § 1304
Makes it a crime for anyone who uses or runs a radio or TV station that needs a U.S. license to air or knowingly allow ads or information about lotteries, gift schemes, or similar prize-by-chance offers, or to air any list of prizes from them. Each day the broadcast runs is a separate offense. The person can be fined, put in jail for up to one year, or both.
