It makes it a crime to print or make sexual material if the person intends or knows it will be sent by mail in violation of 39 U.S.C. 3008 or 3010, or postal rules under those sections. A first offense can bring a fine, up to 5 years in prison, or both; a second or later offense can bring a fine, up to 10 years in prison, or both. “Sexually related mail matter” means mail covered by 39 U.S.C. 3008(a) or 3010(d).
