The President, or an agency head he authorizes, may cancel and undo many government agreements, payments, licenses, permits, benefits, rulings, rates, services, or other things tied to U.S. agencies, officers, employees, or their agents when there is a final conviction under this chapter. The United States can recover the money spent or items given, or their reasonable value, in addition to any other penalties.
