Defines key words used in sections 2258A through 2258E. "Attorney for the government" and "State" are as defined in Rule 1 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. "Electronic communication service" is defined in section 2510. "Electronic mail address" is defined in section 3 of the CAN‑SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. 7702). "Internet" is defined in section 1101 of the Internet Tax Freedom Act (47 U.S.C. 151 note). "Remote computing service" is defined in section 2711. "Provider" means an electronic communication service provider or a remote computing service. "NCMEC" means the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. "Website" means any publicly accessible collection of material on a server reachable over the Internet using HTTP or a successor protocol.
