It makes it a crime, when someone is trying to cheat, to make, print, sell, pass, offer, or keep fake obligations inside the United States. It is also a crime to use the mail, phone, radio, internet, or other ways of moving things between states or countries to send or move those fake obligations to, from, or through the United States. Any words that are defined in section 513(c) keep the same meaning here. The U.S. Secret Service can investigate these crimes, along with any other agency that has that power.
