Handles differences between the estimated antidumping deposit and the final duty. For goods that entered the U.S. or were taken from a warehouse for use before the Commission’s affirmative notice was published: if the deposit was less than the final duty, no extra amount is charged; if the deposit was more, the extra is refunded or released. For goods entered or withdrawn after that notice: if the deposit was less, the importer must pay the difference; if it was more, the extra is refunded.
