Title 2 › Chapter 24— CONGRESSIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY › Subchapter IV— ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL DISPUTE-RESOLUTION PROCEDURES › § 1409
When court cases challenge a rule under this chapter, the court can decide if the rule is valid using review tests from another federal law. Rules approved by joint resolution can be judged by only one of those tests. If a rule is invalid, the court must use the nearest agency rule that implements the law.
