Allows the House of Representatives to take part in international parliamentary groups, welcome members of foreign legislatures and permanent foreign government officials to the United States, and hold meetings with senior U.S. officials and other dignitaries to discuss matters about U.S. relations with other countries. Paying for these activities comes from the House’s accounts until a law says otherwise. The House may spend what is needed but not more than $40,000 in any calendar year. Payments must be on vouchers signed by the chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and approved by the Committee on House Oversight.
