Title 20 › Chapter 33— EDUCATION OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES › Subchapter III— INFANTS AND TODDLERS WITH DISABILITIES › § 1434
To get a grant under section 1433, a State must promise the Secretary it provides appropriate early intervention services to all infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. That promise must include Indian infants and toddlers on reservations in the State, homeless children, and wards of the State, and the State must have a statewide system that meets section 1435.
